Biography :
Constance graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in International Business where she was a varsity fencer. She studied and worked in France and Germany. The last position as an importer for Interior Design Fabrics. Her business knowledge and cultural awareness led her to executive recruiting where she was a Managing Partner in a Retained Executive Search Firm. Her specialty was building materials. Finding the right property is very much like finding the right candidate. It takes a keen understanding of the clients wants and needs and a deep knowledge of the landscape. Finding "something" isn't difficult, but finding that bespoke property that is just right is a rewarding challenge. Constance thrives on that.
